Touch Panel HERE to Start This is a sneak preview of the proof-of-concept we developed together with Advanced Electric Design (AED), Alan Wanzenberg Architects, and the Four Seasons management team. It is for a control system designed to integrate with touch panels in the room. This is the main touch panel and the controls will seem a little quirky for web users. The room has touch panels at the bedside, the washroom, the hallway, and other convenient places. Each touch panel is slightly different. We investigated many ways to enhance guests' stay at the hotel by delivering a more theatrical experience that integrates an entertainment system with mood lighting and other pleasures. The system is also more energy efficient. It ties-in with some of the Hotel's systems via ethernet, thus a central room locking and unlocking mechanism is made possible, as well as personalized concierge services for the VIP.
